This specialization is for K-12 educators seeking to improve, expand, and enhance their hybrid teaching skills related to the design, development, and delivery of effective and engaging hybrid learning. Here, we explore the foundational concepts and skills required to design, develop and deliver an effective and engaging hybrid learning course or lesson. The competencies acquired in this specialization would enable our educators to teach effectively and adapt to evolving needs in the emerging and post-pandemic world. By the end of the specialization, participating educators will be able to differentiate between blended and hybrid learning, design a hybrid learning experience,· develop lesson plans to use with K-12 students, avoid engagement traps in teaching and learning spaces, gain diverse perspectives on assessments, map the competencies, assessments, and learning experiences, identify hybrid learning and assessment models that could suit their school community and contexts. The course begins by taking you through the key concepts of learning.
